Cabify lo hizo con una historia<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Cabify quer\u00eda asegurarse de que sus usuarios tuvieran la mejor experiencia posible dentro de la app. Pero los cl\u00e1sicos mensajes del estilo <em>\u201cactualiz\u00e1 la versi\u00f3n\u201d<\/em> ya no generaban impacto.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces surgi\u00f3 una pregunta clave:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00bfY si el incentivo para actualizar no fuera una mejora t\u00e9cnica\u2026 sino una historia personal?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>Una estrategia de engagement en apps basada en datos y emociones<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Durante un hackathon interno, el equipo de Cabify ide\u00f3 un concepto inspirado en el concepto <strong>\u00abWrapped\u00bb<\/strong>. \u00bfLa idea? Mostrarle a cada usuario un resumen personalizado de sus viajes del a\u00f1o, con m\u00e9tricas visuales del estilo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cViajaste lo mismo que 6 partidos de f\u00fatbol\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cTu viaje m\u00e1s largo fue desde X hasta Y\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pero hab\u00eda un truco: <strong>para acceder al resumen, era obligatorio tener la app actualizada.<\/strong><!-- SECCI\u00d3N 3 --><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ejecutaron esta estrategia de engagement?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta campa\u00f1a no fue solo marketing.
