AI in Product: Turning Hype into Real Impact

It’s clear that AI is going to transform how we build digital products. But simply acknowledging that isn’t enough. Our commitment is to go beyond theory: to showcase what’s inspiring about the future—and more importantly, what’s already possible today.

That’s why we took part in PM3 Summit 2025, one of Brazil’s most relevant events for digital professionals, organized by the PM3 school. Bringing together people from Product, Data, Growth, and Marketing communities, the event delivered a deep dive into practical, up-to-date, and inspiring content focused on applying AI to digital solution development.

As part of this, Minders led the curation and facilitation of the Connect Room Powered by Minders, centered around the theme: “How to apply AI in product to drive real results.”

We created a space for exchange among professionals already in the game—those who have tested, failed, learned, and now use AI to make better decisions, create smarter experiences, and drive real business impact.

We organized the space into four roundtables, each with a practical focus and concrete objective:

AI for Experimentation

How to better choose what to test, automate segmentations, and accelerate result analysis. Less effort, more hypotheses, more impact.

AI + Product Analytics

How to anticipate behaviors, predict churn or feature adoption, and prioritize based on impact probability. It’s not just about looking at the past—it’s about starting to predict the future.

AI for Personalization

How to adapt journeys, recommendations, and communications in real time, based on actual behavior. More engagement, more retention.

From Data to Action

Real-world examples of teams turning insights into strategic decisions. It’s not about the model—it’s about what changes in the product and in the business.

As Carolina Nicolini, LATAM Martech & Growth Consultant, put it: the challenge isn’t having an AI that generates a pretty image for a pitch deck. It’s knowing how to connect that technology to real business goals.
