Challenges That Led MODO to Work with Minders
MODO’s primary goal was to enhance user event tracking. They initially focused on transactional flow integration to analyze conversion funnels. Over time, they expanded tracking to the entire customer journey, covering onboarding, user interactions, activity tracking, and post-payment flows.

Amplitude Experiment: Elevating Testing and Governance
Amplitude Experiment combines user behavior analytics with A/B testing, helping companies optimize loyalty programs, design, navigation, forms, and CTAs.
MODO leveraged this tool to gain deeper insights when rolling out new products. They initiated a data governance project, where the chapter took control of Amplitude usage, ensuring consistency and best practices.
